Mom's Day Out
Dates:

Morning Session 9:00am-11:45am
Afternoon Session 12:15pm-3:00pm
Lunch Pals: 11:45am-12:15pm
Cost:
Under age 3: $25.00
Over age 3: $23.50
Lunch Pals: $5.00
You can participate in both Mom’s Day Out and Preschool by doing one in AM & the other PM
Preschool
Dates:
Fall Session Dates: September 6th, 2023- May 10th, 2024
Time:
Morning: 9:00am-11:30am
Afternoon: 12:30pm-3:00pm
Cost:
3’s Preschool meets on Tuesday & Thursday (must be 3 by July 31st): $125/Month
4’s Preschool meets on Monday, Wednesday, Friday (must be 4 by July 31st): $150/Month
There will be a one-time activity fee assessed in September of $45.00 for both 3’s & 4’s Preschool
You can participate in both Mom’s Day Out and Preschool by doing one in AM & the other PM
Lunch and Learn will take place from 11:30-12:15. This time will be spent eating together and engaging in extra STEM learning activities. Cost of Lunch and Learn is $10.00 per session.
High Five
Dates:
Fall Session Dates: September 6, 2023 – May 10, 2024
Time:
Meets Monday – Friday 9:00am-11:40am
Requirements & Cost:
Must be 5 by July 31st (special consideration will be considered for birthday 8/1-10/15 with teacher recommendation and assessment completion) and have had 1 yr of previous preschool experience
$215/Month
There will be a one-time activity fee assessed in September of $55.00 for High Five
Here are some tips when completing your enrollment:
- Type of information required: contact info., employer addresses, doctor contact info, emergency contact info., etc.
- Much of the information requested on our enrollment form is required by the state licensing board. Please be sure EVERY line on the enrollment form Is completed. If a question is not applicable, write “N/A” or “None”. It is very important to complete each line. The system has required fields and will prompt you if not complete.
- Have your child’s immunization records available. You will need to enter each immunization your child has received. We will need a copy of their current immunizations in August.
- Do not use quotations in any answer. The system will reject your answer.
- Tab through each field and then click the submit button.
- Do not hit enter after each line, it will lose your information.
- Have your bank account information available to pay the $75.00 non-refundable fee. This is per child.
- If you would like to leave a note about your availability (1st choice, 2nd choice or open to any days) please place this in the “Enrollment Notes” area.
- If you do not contact us to withdraw your enrollment by August 1st, you will be charged the first’s month’s tuition regardless if your child attends or not.
- You will receive a confirmation email that states we have received your registration, be sure to mark this as a safe sender under your email settings so that you may receive future emails from us.
- The web link will time out in 20 minutes if left “inactive” and you will be forced to start over.
